A new 4 week online adult mindfulness course begins in May. Suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to explore their own mindful practice through discussion, meditations and mindful activities.
Chris will be joined by co Mindfulness teacher Glenis Orkisz who will lead you though 4 weeks of mindful exploration incorporating:-
- Mindfulness in Everyday Life
- Living with Gratitude
- Living in the Moment
The course will run for 4 consecutive Mondays from 2nd – 23rd May 2022 Inclusive.
7pm – 8:30pm.
